Returns & Refunds Policy

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition. The item(s) must also be in original packaging. The E-Liquid bottle tamper ring must be intact. Prior written approval by email must be obtained prior to return.

To complete your return, we require your order number with an invoice, receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
When approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

EXCHANGES

Should you wish to exchange an item(s), you must request an exchange within 14 days of purchase. 
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition. The item(s) must also be in original packaging. The E-Liquid bottle tamper ring MUST be intact.

Prior written approval by email must be obtained prior to exchange.  To complete your exchange, we require your order number with an invoice, receipt or proof of purchase.  You will also need to return the item(s) you wish to exchange at your own cost.  Once the items have been received by us, we will post your exhange item(s) to you.

CANCELLATION OF PAYMENT

Should you wish to cancel your online order and payment, please contact us in writing via email with your request for cancellation and refund.  Please include your order number with a copy of the invoice, receipt or proof of purchase.  We will then proceed with cancelling your order and your refund will be processed.  A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.

If your order has already been posted to you, you will need to either Return to Sender or post back to us at your expense.  Once we receive the returned item(s), we will then proceed with cancelling your order and your refund will be processed.  A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable post service or purchasing postal insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
