Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, we will prepare your order ready for dispatch via Australia Post eParcel Services. Your parcel will then be delivered to you at your nominated address.

Orders received prior to 3.00pm AWST are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders received after 3.00pm are dispatched the following business day (excludes Public Holidays).
Orders received after 3.00pm AWST on Fridays will be dispatched the next business day (excludes Public Holidays).
Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched the next business day (excludes Public Holidays).

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched to Australia Post, you will receive from us a dispatch confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can click on the tracking number hyperlink which will then redirect you to Australia Post tracking so you can view the progress of your parcel delivery.
